We’ve been providing secure, clean and dry storage solutions from the same Glenburn Road site for 40 years. That means we’re experts at what we do. There are many reasons why we’re the preferred choice for self storage containers.

Secure. Our facility is protected by security fencing and 24 hour CCTV. So you can be sure you and your belongings are safe at all times.
Convenient. You can access your container 7 days a week, 7am - 10pm and our drive up containers make loading and unloading hassle free.
Location. We are based in Prestwick, close to the A77. We are within easy reach of Prestwick Airport, Ayr, Kilmarnock, Irvine and Glasgow.
Flexible. Our self storage units are available for monthly leases. So you’re not tied in to lengthy contracts.
Forklift. We have an onsite forklift and fully trained driver that may be booked. The service can be used for loading and unloading pallets or moving heavy and awkward items.
MEET THE TEAM
Peter McCallum – Manager
Peter oversees all aspects of the day to day running of Tumax Storage. He has a wealth of industry knowledge and is more than happy to help out. Peter can assist with working out how much storage space you will need.
Local sporting fans may recognise him as the Ayr Rugby Club First XV captain who led Ayr to the Scottish Premiership Title in 2016/2017. He has also captained the Scotland Club XV and plays for the Ayrshire Bulls in 2021.
Rachael Graham
Rachael works behind the scenes looking after the day to day running of the office. She deals with all aspects on the paper work side from telephone enquiries and booking in customers to sending monthly invoices.
Rachael is your first port of call for any administration queries you may have.
